Would you like to know more about supporting your child with their emotions and behaviour and helping them to cope with their heart condition and treatment?
Would you like to meet other parents who have had similar experiences?

ECHO together with the Evelina London Paediatric Cardiology Team are running a group for parents of children with a heart condition. The group aims to provide a space for parents to share experiences and ideas with one another around supporting their child and family’s emotional well-being.

The following topics will be covered:

Monday 13th January 2025: Supporting your Child to Prepare for and Cope with Hospital Visits
Monday 10th March 2025: Supporting Your Child with Their Emotions
Monday 12th May 2025: Talking to Children About Their Heart Condition/Treatment
Monday 14th July 2025: Promoting Positive Behaviour
Monday 8th September 2025: Supporting Siblings
Monday 10th November 2025: Parental Well-Being
Monday 12th January 2026: Managing the Transition to Young Adulthood and Adult Services
