ECHO - Connecting the Children's Heart Community

Make a difference

Volunteer

Our volunteers are essential to everything we do – without them we simply can’t support the ECHO community.

Our volunteers give their time and contribute their experience and skills to benefit our work. They provide emotional and practical support in hospital, from home, in their local communities and in our office.

Our volunteers love working with us knowing they make a real difference to people’s lives.

There are many ways to volunteer your time and expertise, see below for a role that suits you. Alternatively please contact us to find out more or offer other suggestions, we’re always happy to talk and any time you can give will make a big impact.

We look forward to welcoming you to Team ECHO!

Tea Trolley Volunteer

As a Tea Trolley Volunteer, you’ll bring comfort and support to patients, parents and carers across the children’s cardiac departments at The Evelina London Children’s Hospital. By offering a hot drink, a friendly conversation, and practical guidance, you help families feel supported, reassured, and cared for during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
