ECHO's Happiness Hub

Welcome to ECHO’s Happiness Hub

The Happiness Hub – a place to share uplifting, interesting and fun activities, videos, and stories to help make you feel calm and happy!

Managing our own and family’s wellbeing during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic was a stressful time for many of us, which is why we introduced our Happiness Hub – a place for people to find distraction, amusement and to relax.

The Happiness Hub was all about sharing activities, challenges, and videos our members and their family could take part in and enjoy from the comfort of their home. We all need to try to maintain calm and kindness to best support our children and families and you can still benefit by viewing all of our online workshops here.
