The Happiness Hub is a place to share uplifting, interesting and fun activities, videos and stories to help make you feel calm…and happy!
This is a stressful time for many of us, managing our own and our family’s wellbeing due to the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We hope our Happiness Hub will help people to find distraction and amusement and to relax at a time when we all need to do just that.
We aim to share interactive activities, uplifting videos, fun challenges and positive stories which you and your family can take part in and enjoy from the comfort of your home. We all need to try to maintain calm and kindness to best support our children and families and navigate through this period in our lives.
Join with us – take part and and share what you are doing to create happiness by tagging us @echoukcharity on social media. We would love to showcase some of your activities on this page, to inspire other families.
