Thursday 14th December was the opening of the new Centre for Medical Engineering at St. Thomas’ Hospital with Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal. ECHO was invited to this event together with the Carter Family who have been a member of ECHO for many years.

Today it has been announced there are intentions to create a joint partnership between Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust and King’s Health Partners, to create a global centre of excellence for heart and lung medicine and research, providing the best possible care patient care and experience.
