• Location of the nearest medical centre able to deal with your child’s condition
• Ample supplies of medication
• Correct storage for medication
• Accommodation has suitable wheelchair access, lifts and adapted bathroom if needed
• Travel provider aware & can assist with any additional requirements
• Child’s medical notes to hand
• Telephone details of child’s doctor/cardiologist
