At ECHO we are excited to be working to create an activity booklet for heart children between the ages of 2 and 10 who are staying in hospital.

But we need your help!

We have created a questionnaire – one for you and for your child – so you can give us an idea of what you’d like to see in the booklet.

They will only take 5 minutes each to complete and all of your feedback will directly shape how the activity booklet turns out.

At ECHO we aim to provide a booklet which helps bring fun and distraction to children while they are in hospital undergoing surgery, treatment and care.
