At ECHO we produce a wide range of materials to tell people about our work supporting heart families. We like to use photographs/videos and photographic/video case studies to enhance and illustrate our stories, making them inspiring for our audiences and more accessible to the media. Case studies can include personal data (such as name and/or diagnosis where appropriate and consented to).
By completing this form you give us full permission to use these images and any personal information you supply to us in our media applications, which reasonably promote ECHO’s aims. This may include our printed publications; digital channels (social media, website, enewsletters, and presentation slides); audio-visual case studies; media and PR work (publication by newspapers, magazines, television and/or radio); display materials; and any other media we may use in the future.) The images will not be used for any other purpose and they will be saved securely within the ECHO IT database.
The copyright of any material which is generated by an ECHO photographer shall be assigned and shall be the property of ECHO.
