Building on ECHO entering their very first team in the LLHM in 2024 with 12 runners, and we’d love you to be part of #TeamECHO for 2025!
Central London’s awesome landmark half marathon returns on Sunday 6 April 2025, and whether you need a place or you secure a ballot place, we’d love You to join Team ECHO.
Join the start-line on Pall Mall, and take in the awesome views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Tower of London and the London Eye before you hit the finish by Downing Street! The route shines a spotlight on not only London’s grand iconic landmarks, but also its quirky and hidden history and gems and uses the route as a platform for bringing the City’s history to life and to celebrate it’s wonderful culture and heritage. It’s an incredible day full of fantastic support and camaraderie, and when you sign up with ECHO you’ll join a friendly team ready to cheer you on! You’ll get your very own running vest and dedicated support from our team, as well as being part of an exclusive email and Strava group just for our ECHO LLHM runners!

We receive no government or NHS funding, and we therefore do need to raise money to continue supporting heart families ECHO is there for families from the moment of diagnosis, throughout every stage of their heart journey.
