What the role involves

• Creating and scheduling posts and stories for Facebook and Instagram.
• Reaching out to ECHO’s community for lived experience to share.
• Designing graphics, flyers, posters, and other materials using Canva.
• Helping share ECHO’s updates, newsletters, and impact reports with our community.
• Ensuring all content reflects ECHO’s brand and message.
• Helping to organise how and when we post.

What we're looking for

• Creativity and a flair for writing engaging clear content.
• Experience or willingness to work with Facebook, Instagram, and Canva.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Passion for supporting families affected by children’s heart conditions.

Requirements of role

Approx 2 hours per week from home or our office would help us to reach a wider audience and raise awareness. You will need to complete an application form, have a telephone conversation and interview online or in person. We would like you to commit for 6 months.
