Jump for ECHO! | |

Are you brave enough to bungee jump from a 160ft crane to support heart families? On 28 April 2018, ECHO is organising a fundraising bungee jump at the London O2 Arena. Take on the challenge, and raise money to help us provide support for heart children and their families. At 160ft from the ground enjoy a magnificent view of the Thames and Central London before you face your fears and jump! |

Join the Ride of a lifetime! | |

Thrill seekers and those wishing for the adventure of a lifetime look no further - join the Big Heart Ride Costa Rica! Raise funds for ECHO on this incredible 360km adventure across Costa Rica cycling coast to coast through one of Central America’s most fascinating countries on the next Big Heart Bike Ride! The Big Heart Bike Ride in Costa Rica is a charity challenge designed specifically to raise money for heart charities – and this is the first time people can enter to raise money for ECHO. This is an open challenge so you can choose how you fund your participation – to take part you need to raise the minimum sponsorship of £3,600. If you want to join Team ECHO and get involved please contact Emma to register your interest ASAP. |

ECHO receives no government or NHS funding and relies entirely on donations to carry out our work. All of the money raised by our committed supporters goes towards ensuring ECHO can deliver our valuable services – and we thank everyone who contributes. Celebrate Children's Heart Month with ECHO | |

Celebrate Children's Heart Month and host your own Super Social! This year to celebrate Children’s Heart Month we're hosting our first ever Valentine’s Super Social at Evelina London Children's Hospital and we want you to join in by hosting your own Super Social in February! We want as many ECHO members as possible to join with us and host their own Super Social events during Children’s Heart Month – all to raise money to help ECHO continue supporting children with heart conditions and their families. Hosting your own Super Social means you can throw your kind of party whenever you like - at home, school, club or workplace. All you need to do is decide when and where and invite friends, family or colleagues along to raise money for ECHO whilst enjoying some delicious nibbles! Further information on how to throw a Super Social Really, there’s no excuse not to, who doesn’t like to party!
