Running for ECHO in loving memory of his daughter who sadly passed away in 2013. Rosie-Mai’s fighting spirit will keep Shaun focused during the race and he is determined to complete it for her.

Donna Murray

Location: Croydon

Running for ECHO in aid of her best friend’s son Eesaa, who has had a heart transplant and is also treated at the Evelina. Donna has pledged that she will challenge her heart to its limits by completing this 26 mile race for him.

Rich Taylor

Running for ECHO in aid of his son Noah who was born with a VSD. Noah went in to heart failure at 2 months old and required life-saving surgery at the Evelina. Proud dad Rich has made a fantastic video and an amazing tribute to little Noah to help raise awareness and funds. Click here to see it.

Michael Crouch

Running for ECHO in aid of his 6 month old daughter Sophie, who was rushed to the Evelina at 4 days old needing life-saving heart surgery. Michael says he is forever grateful for the love and support that his family received from ECHO. And he is determined to complete this challenge for Sophie!

Running for ECHO in aid of niece Holly who was born with a CHD and treated at the Evelina. Gemma has set herself the hard-core challenge of not only running the London Marathon but also completing a 100km Sahara Desert trek and the Brighton Marathon - all within 6 weeks of each other!

Kerry Cooper

Location: Milton Keynes

Running for ECHO and in aid of her cousin's new baby Rosie - who very recently had surgery at 5 days old. Kerry is thankful for the ongoing support her family have received and is feeling honoured, proud and excited for the upcoming race. She knows it will be a big challenge especially as she is running the Paris marathon 2 weeks before!

Running for ECHO in aid of her close friend and ECHO member Karen Wright, whose baby Tommy is treated at the Evelina. Kim also lost her dad early to heart problems and has previously ran the Brighton marathon for charity.

Running for ECHO in aid of her brother who was born with a congenital heart defect.
