Feeling the London Marathon buzz? | |

Well, now's your chance to take on the ionic marathon in 2020 - the ballot is now open. Apply now to run for ECHO and support children born with heart conditions and their families, by running through the city of London in the iconic London Marathon on Sunday 26th April 2020. Hurry - the ballot will close on Friday 3rd May at 5.00pm. You will find out in October if you were lucky enough to get a ballot space. Fingers crossed! |

Join Team ECHO in Brighton 2020 | |

Great news - we have charity spaces available for the Brighton Marathon 2020! Take on this marathon challenge in one of the UK’s most beautiful coastal cities on 16th April 2020. Hurry though, we only have 8 spaces available. Get in touch with us by email hello@echo-uk.org for more information. |

Paddle it out at the ECHO Dragon Boat Race | |
|
We are looking for 12 teams of 11 to battle it out on the Thames for ECHO at our first ever Dragon Boat Race on 28th September 2019. Join us for a fun family day out, and you could take home the winner's trophy! You can sign up as a team with friends, collegues, family, or register alone and join others who will be paddling a boat all in aid of heart families. |

Are you near Belfast or Brighton, or fancy an exciting excuse to go? Adreneline-seekers will love this bungee-jump challenge! Soak up the stunning views before you take the leap from the 160ft jump, all while raising funds for ECHO. Upcoming dates: Belfast 3rd August 2019 Brighton 7th September 2019 |

ECHO Teens Up & Over Challenge: It's on! | |
|
Our first Up & Over was so popular and fun that we're doing it again...will you join us? Join other ECHO Teen members on 30th May 2019 in this exhilarating experience that takes you on an expedition over the roof of The O2 in London via a fabric walkway 52m above ground level and 380m long. Register, raise what you can and join us for a fun afternoon including the climb, lunch and certificate presentation in the O2 arena. |
