The Somerville Foundation Meet Up London (under 30’s) is a social group affiliated to the Somerville Foundation for young adults between 18 and 30 years of age who were born with a heart condition. The group aims to arrange social events where young people born with a heart condition can get together, share experiences and have fun. They are organising a Meet & Greet at The Canvas Café on 17 February. Get in touch with them if you would like to be there!
