We’re delighted to invite ECHO teenagers to a special transition day at an exciting venue – House of Vans.

There will be a series of talks and workshops to help young people better understand transition to adult care, how lifestyle issues can affect their heart condition and where to access advice and support. It will also give young people and parents the opportunity to meet others going through transition.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

After the event ends thirty young people will get the chance to have an hour skateboarding lesson, with all the equipment provided, these spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis as we do not have space for everyone on this session arrive early and get registered! Lesson 3.30-4.30
