2026 marks an exciting milestone for ECHO as we have secured 12 places in this world-renowned event.
It will be an extra special year for Team ECHO, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!
The London Marathon is not only a fantastic event to participate in, but it also provides a vital opportunity for us to raise essential funds to support children and young people with heart conditions, along with their siblings and families.

We would love for you to join Team ECHO 2026.
The best way to secure a place in the TCS London Marathon 2026 is through the Public Ballot- PLEASE APPLY FOR A PLACE IN THAT, If you are successful in the ballot and run for ECHO, we can then offer our remaining places to those who didn’t secure a spot in the ballot, giving us the chance to form the biggest Team ECHO possible!
London Marathon Ballot. The ballot opens on April 26, 2025 and remains open for 7 days, with results expected in June 2025.

We are really grateful for your support. We receive no government or NHS funding, and we therefore do need to raise money to continue supporting heart families ECHO is there for families from the moment of diagnosis, throughout every stage of their heart journey. With your help, we can continue to provide practical and emotional support and information to parents, carers, children, young people and their families when they need it most. Thank you so much.
