Join us for a one-hour online art workshop designed to support mental wellbeing through creativity!
This session is ideal for any young person who may be navigating life with a health condition, or simply wants a little creative time for themselves.
This relaxed, informal session is led by an experienced art therapist and gives you the chance to:
Use simple, hands-on art activities to express emotions
Talk openly (if you want to) about your thoughts, worries, or hopes
Connect with others who may share similar experiences
Feel heard and supported — no pressure, no judgment

Who’s it for? Young people aged 11–17
