To kickstart our ECHO Teens events throughout autumn, we are excited to announce a Virtual Film Club workshop, hosted in celebration of World Heart Day.

Design Your Heart Hero!
In this session, participants will encouraged to explore their creativity by designing their very own “Heart Hero” character.
Each “Heart Hero” will represent the strength, positivity, and determination it takes to stay active and thrive with a heart condition. It’s a chance for you to celebrate your own journey and inspire others to live boldly, no matter the challenges. Let’s create heroes that embody the spirit of staying active and living healthily!
You can create your character in whichever way you prefer, such as drawing, collage, or any other artistic method of your choice.
During the online session, a skilled art and design professional will provide assistance with the design process. Participants are also encouraged to share the imagery and story behind their creations.
