For many years, ECHO Charity has proudly run the Up & Over challenge — an inspiring event where ECHO teens with heart conditions and their siblings come together to raise awareness and vital funds for the ECHO Teens Programme.

Now it’s your turn…

Join us for an unforgettable guided outdoor climb over the iconic  O2 Arena. You’ll scale the roof of one of London’s most famous landmarks, push your limits, build confidence, and share an incredible sense of achievement with other young people who truly get it.

Whether you’re feeling excited, nervous, or a bit of both — you’ll be supported every step of the way. Expect teamwork, encouragement, laughter, and plenty of proud moments.

Time to Celebrate

After the climb, we’ll head to Jimmy’s at The O2 to unwind, enjoy a meal together, and reflect on what you’ve achieved. It’s the perfect chance to relax, chat, and celebrate as a group.

All we ask is that:
You’re an ECHO member aged 11–17
You set yourself a fundraising target of £50 (or more if you’re feeling competitive, Parents and Carers are welcome to drop and leave or cheer along the way –
