Join us for a one-hour online Moving for Wellbeing session designed to encourage movement without competitive sport.
At ECHO, we know that movement is a big part of life. Whether you’re someone who loves being active or someone who prefers a slower pace, moving our bodies is one of the best tools we have to support our mental health, reduce stress, and build everyday confidence.
This isn’t a workout class. It’s an interactive, low-pressure workshop where we’ll chat about how to use movement as a tool for your mental health.
