We are delighted to invite ECHO members to join us for an ECHO Community Meet-up at Kent Life Farm, to be held on Sunday 24^th September at Kent Life Farm from 10 – 4pm.

We have places available for this family friendly day, all we ask is that you are an ECHO member and that you bring a picnic, everything else is provided.

We will run fun activities for children and young people and we will also offer a family friendly workshop.

A fun filled ‘Youth Club Hub’ will be open during the morning activity session times for young people aged 11+. Young people attending the ECHO Family Day will have a chance to hang out and meet other young people, and take part in fun and interactive team games and activities. Youth focused information about topics such as transition, living with a heart condition, and links to other support organisations, will also be available on the day for young people aged 11+.

We all come back together for a picnic lunch, followed by family fun time in the afternoon.

Remember to register early as places are given on a first come basis and as with all ECHO events, it will be full!

We are not providing a crèche and instead all activities are on the farm and will include fun gardening, pottery painting and park play-

11+ will sign into the activity station on the day but must be included in your application.

We are unable to confirm your place without the event registration form. Please do not book travel or any accommodation until you receive your confirmation email from ECHO.

Our events cost money – please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend as we manage waiting lists and could offer your place to someone else.

We have a private area at this venue and are unable to admit anyone not on our list to the area

• Family tickets include two adult parent/carers, your heart child and siblings
• This is an ECHO members event
• We are fully funding entry and activities and will provide refreshments on arrival and in between activities
• You will need to provide your own picnic and a blanket to sit on for lunch
• Closest train station is Maidstone East and car parking is available on site
• Premier Inn located next door to Kent Life if required
