In this session, our partners at King’s College London university are keen to hear from ECHO members on how to upskill young people to talk about their heart conditions through working with scientists.
For this special session, we especially welcome parents to please join us for discussions and help shape this vital work through your invaluable insights.
The Public Engagement team at King’s College London work to bring together researchers and scientists across Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences to engage with patients and public groups to increase the relevance, impact and benefits of King’s research.
More details:
They are keen to hear how to upskill young people to talk about their heart conditions through working with scientists (i.e., engineers, computer scientists, heart specialists, physicists) from discussions with ECHO parents.
ECHO members are encouraged to please join from the beginning of the session, as there will be a short presentation from the Public Engagement team at King’s, Alice Taylor-Gee and Melissa Bovis, to introduce their Centre and the session.
