Any parent or carer who has experienced the loss of a child who was treated or cared for at Evelina London Children’s Hospital is welcome to come along to our United in Grief (UIG) bereavement workshops.

This workshop provides the opportunity to explore the complexities of grief with regards to our individual coping mechanisms.

Topics discussed:

• Looking at the different ways that men and women grieve
• Impact of grief on relationships
• Learn strategies to help you in your journey through loss
• Feeling comfortable to talk to others about your son or daughter
• Managing special occasions.
